Ingredients

  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 1 plain yogurt as starter
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the milk and powdered milk in the mixing bowl and heat 5 min/50°C/speed 2.
  2. Add the plain yogurt and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
  3. Set the fermentation with the ferment function 8 h/50°C.
  4. Divide the yogurt into clean glass jars.
  5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours so it sets completely.
  6. Serve with honey, fruit or granola.

Tips

  • The powdered milk adds creaminess and body.
  • Save one yogurt to use as a starter next time.
