Creamy yogurt fermented at home with no additives.

Ingredients
- 1 liter whole milk
- 1 plain yogurt as starter
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the milk and powdered milk in the mixing bowl and heat 5 min/50°C/speed 2.
- Add the plain yogurt and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
- Set the fermentation with the ferment function 8 h/50°C.
- Divide the yogurt into clean glass jars.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours so it sets completely.
- Serve with honey, fruit or granola.
Tips
- The powdered milk adds creaminess and body.
- Save one yogurt to use as a starter next time.
